Careers as a Community Health Worker

Community health is an important field of work with numerous opportunities in the Chicago area. Working in community health requires strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to effectively engage with patients and other healthcare professionals.

As a community health worker, you will be responsible for preparing and distributing health education materials, conducting health assessments, and documenting activities.
