Using Data to Ensure Success
As an important step in the process of developing Harper’s next strategic plan, the College will hold four Data Summits. The summits will provide participants with the opportunity to review and provide insights on current data about Harper students and employees as well as the broader community we serve.
Each summit will be identical. Data reviewed will focus on employees, students, the community and businesses/employers. Feel free to attend multiple sessions. If you cannot stay for an entire session, that’s fine. Stay as long as you can, and feel free to return when time allows.
The Data Summits will be held in a World Café format. This means there will be a variety of tables (16), each set up with a different topic/data point and discussion questions. Participants will spend time at up to five tables of their choosing reviewing the data and engaging in discussion. Additionally, participants will record thoughts, feelings and reactions on the paper tablecloths.
