Harper College worked with its entire community to develop a new strategic plan that sets a strategic course for the College for the next four years. As an initial step, in fall 2019, the College conducted a series of dialogue sessions with members of Harper’s community to explore perceptions, attitudes and interests, and connect them to the changing needs of the community, students, employees, and employers. More than 300 unique individuals attended the Dialogue Sessions, with the majority attending more than one session. On average, 150 people attended each session.
