Strategic Plan FY2026-2029

The four-year Strategic Plan (FY2026-2029) is a result of broad engagement in a community-based planning process. Three overarching themes provided guiding direction for the development of the plan goals: Inclusive and Supportive Community, Innovative and Responsive Education, and Organizational Excellence. The FY2026-2029 Strategic Plan consists of three goals:

Cultivate an inclusive and supportive community that provides holistic well-being for everyone.
Provide innovative and responsive education that addresses the evolving needs of students, the workforce, and our community.
Achieve organizational excellence by centering mission-aligned initiatives that improve operations, encourage experimentation, and advance sustainability, while upholding the College's core values.
