Steps to prepare for application to this limited enrollment program:

   • Functional abilities unique to the Nursing program
3. Learn about admission requirements:
   • Fall 2026 Practical Nursing Certificate (LPN) Admission Requirements 
   • TEAS entrance exam information
   • Intrepreting the TEAS Exam Score Report
4. Apply
