Earn your Gateways Early Childhood Education (ECE) Level II credential with this 12-credit hour program. Early Childhood Education is one of the most in-demand occupations. Employment is expected to grow at a faster-than-average rate in the coming years. This program will prepare you to provide quality care for young children in childcare settings.

Learn from a skilled bilingual early childhood educator.
Courses will be taught in Spanish and English.
Includes FREE Adult Education support class.
Tuition for this program is being paid for by the Early Childhood Access Consortium for Equity. There will be no cost for students that qualify.
A high school diploma or GED is required.

AED support class will be held Tuesday, 6:30 - 8 p.m.
Credit classes will be held Thursday, 6:30 - 8 p.m.

Sample Schedule:

Semester One (Spring 2024): ECE 250 Health, Safety and Nutrition and ECE 102 Child Development
Semester Two (Summer 2024): ECE 115 Curriculum
Semester Three (Fall 2024): ECE 101 Introduction to ECE
