Students enjoyed lunch while connecting with members of the SOAR+ team and fellow SOAR+ participants. The event provided an opportunity for students to build community, ask questions, and learn more about the resources available to support their success. Attendees heard welcoming remarks and words of encouragement from college leadership, including President Dr. Proctor and Provost Dr. Williams, as well as insights from SOAR+ Peer Mentors who shared their experiences and advice for navigating college life. Students also received SOAR+ swag and were provided with their Chromebooks to support their academic journey.
