Spring II Group Exercise Schedule: Monday, March 17 through Sunday, June 1

Campus Recreation offers a variety of group exercise classes FREE for Harper students and Health and Recreation Center members! Our classes are led by certified group exercise instructors with expertise in providing motivating, challenging and fun group exercises classes to a wide range of populations. Formats include strength, yoga, spin and full body circuit and total body barre.

Sole Mates Campus Walks - Wednesdays June 4, 11, 18, 25 and July 2, 9, 16 and 23 from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Get outside and get moving with Rec on the Go! Join Campus Recreation for mid-day campus walks all summer long. Meet us in the quad, bring a friend, and enjoy some sunshine while getting your steps in! 

Scheduled Recreation: Badminton - Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Scheduled recreation is a fun and social way to stay active, meet others, and build a community. Join us for badminton and sharpen your skills while staying active and engaged.
