To request an indoor space, please submit the online facility reservation request form. To request outdoor spaces, please submit the online outdoor reservation request form. Note: Outside food and beverage is not permitted. All food and beverage needs must be coordinated with Sodexo.
In order to meet the varied educational and recreational needs of Harper College a scheduling priority system has been established by the Department of Campus Recreation. All facility requests must be submitted through the online facility reservation system. Campus Recreation is committed to supporting drop-in recreational opportunities; therefore, facility scheduling requests may be limited during peak hours of facility usage.
