Harper College will be closed Monday, September 1, in observance of Labor Day.
Attend this fun filled family event on Friday, October 24 from 5 to 7 p.m. presented by the Harper Police in conjunction with Campus Recreation and Community Relations. Walk through cars decked out in Halloween decorations and allow your child (or yourself) to trick-or-treat without the stress of walking through your neighborhood. Ghosts and goblins of all types will love the opportunity to put on their costumes and gather treats without tiring out. This event will take place in parking lot #3 located on the campus of Harper College.
After you gather your treats from all the trunks, get ready to experience thrills and chills at the new Harper Haunted Hospital… if you dare! Our talented health careers faculty and students will have your heart racing as you navigate through the haunted simulation hospital. With spine-tingling surprises lurking in every corner, this immersive experience will leave you screaming with excitement! The Haunted Hospital is located in the Avante Center, right next to Lot #3.
To wrap up the evening of Halloween fun, join Student Engagement in the Harper College Rec Center Fieldhouse (Building M) for a free showing of Hocus Pocus. Open seating begins at 7 p.m. and the film begins at 7:30 p.m. Picnic blankets and lawn chairs are encouraged! Concessions will be for sale at the event. More information on the film can be found here.
