In-Person Gratitude Yoga
9 - 9:50 a.m. Tuesday, November 16 and Tuesday, November 23 at the Health and Recreation Center
Gratitude Yoga provides an inviting environment to genuinely connect and graciously remind ourselves of what we are grateful for and utilizes synchronized poses and breath work to enhance circulation, flexibility, balance and inner calm. All levels welcome. This event is free to all Harper employees, Harper students and Health and Recreation Center members.
Two Ways to Make a Donation:
- Bring any of the following items with you to the class: Baby supplies including (non-expired) diapers, wipes or baby soap or personal items including (non-expired) toothpaste, tooth brushes, shampoo/conditioner, washcloths/loofas, kleenex, deodorant, chapstick, hand warmers, body wash and bars of soap.
- Make a monetary donation to the Hawks Care Resource Center. Your donation will help students access food, counseling, financial, and other resources.
Note: Campus Recreation wants you to stay healthy and physically fit while practicing social distancing. Masks are required.
