In-Person Gratitude Yoga
Friday, November 18 from 12 to 12:55 at the Health and Recreation Center
Gratitude Yoga provides an inviting environment to genuinely connect and graciously remind us of what we are grateful for and utilizes synchronized poses and breath work to enhance circulation, flexibility, balance and inner calm. All levels welcome. This event is free to all Harper employees, Harper students and Health and Recreation Center members.
Make a Donation:
- Bring any of the following items with you to the class:
- Personal items including (non-expired) toothpaste, tooth brushes, shampoo/conditioner, washcloths/loofahs, Kleenex/tissue, deodorant, Chapstick/lip balm, tampons/pads, body wash and bars of soap etc..
Note: When beginning any new exercise program please check with your physician first. By performing any of the suggested exercises, you are performing them at your own risk and Harper College will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you may sustain as a result of participating in the fitness classes.
