Step 2. To have your education credentials from a foreign country evaluated, contact a NACES approved foreign credential evaluation service, such as ONE of the following:
A course-by-course evaluation is required for students seeking to be awarded credit
from their previous insitution(s).
Step 3. Send Harper College your credential evaluation. This can be emailed directly to processing@harpercollege.edu. Once transcripts are received they will be evaluated within 2-3 weeks. The Office
of the Registrar at Harper College will use the results to determine the transfer
of foreign credit to Harper College. Students will receive an email notification sent
to their Harper College email address once the evaluation has been processed.
